BOFF has very strict Quality Control system from raw material to finished products, from pre-shipment inspection to site installation. It is deserved to be mentioned that one of BOFF’s quality assurance is Twice Trail Installation Policy for all fixed furniture items, which means that 1st trail installation will be done during wood carpentry stage but prior painting process, the purpose of this trail installation is to test the functionality & hardware coordination,whenever there is a problem found at this stage, BOFF production team can adjust and solve it easily because paint not applied on furniture surface yet. And the 2nd trail installation is for finishes products after painting treatment but before package process, this is for final internal verification and evaluation for the overall quality assurance prior shipment.
